摘要
目的 评估连花清瘟胶囊治疗呼吸系统感染的有效性和安全性,为临床实践提供循证参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统,收集连花清瘟胶囊治疗呼吸系统感染的系统评价/ Meta分析,由2名评价者根据纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料和评价质量后,对证据信息进行综合梳理与分析。结果 共纳入4篇文献,均为系统评价/Meta分析,其中1篇为治疗社区获得性肺炎,3篇为治疗流行性感冒,方法学质量平均评分为6分。对于治疗社区获得性肺炎,连花清瘟胶囊联合常规治疗组比单纯常规治疗组的有效率提高且流感样症状消失时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义;两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。对于流行性感冒,连花清瘟胶囊与羚羊感冒胶囊和苦甘颗粒相比可改善临床疗效愈显率和体温疗效愈显率,差异均有统计学意义;与利巴韦林相比,可改善临床疗效愈显率,差异有统计学意义;与奥司他韦相比,可改善流感样症状消失时间,部分指标差异有统计学意义;与氨咖黄敏胶囊相比,可提高体温疗效愈显率,差异有统计学意义;未报道与连花清瘟胶囊有关的严重不良反应。结论 连花清瘟胶囊治疗呼吸系统感染具有一定的疗效,且安全性较高。上述结论需要进一步大样本实验验证。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Lianhua qingwen Capsules in the treatment of respiratory infections and provide evidence-based evaluation reference for clinical practice. METHODS PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, and Sinomed were retrieved to collect the systematic reviews/Meta-analyses of Lianhua qingwen Capsules for the treatment of respiratory infections. Two evaluators screened the literature, extracted the data, and evaluated the quality based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and comprehensively combined and analyzed the evidence information. RESULTS A total of four articles were included, all of which were systematic reviews/Meta-analysis. One of them was for community-acquired pneumonia and three were for influenza. The average methodology quality score was six. For community-acquired pneumonia, Lianhua qingwen Capsules plus conventional treatment improved the efficacy rate, while the time for the disappearance of influenza-like symptoms was shortened, and the differences were statistically significant; there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. For influenza, Lianhua qingwen Capsules could improve the clinical efficacy rate and body temperature efficacy rate compared with Lingyang Ganmao Capsules and Ku Gan granules, the differences were statistically significant. Compared with ribavirin, it could improve the clinical efficacy rate with statistical significance; compared with oseltamivir, it could improve the disappearance time of influenza-like symptoms, among which some had statistically significant differences; compared with paracetamol, caffeine, artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules, it could improve the control of body temperature with statistical significance. No serious adverse reactions related to Lianhua qingwen Capsules were reported. CONCLUSION Lianhua qingwen Capsules is effective for the treatment of respiratory infections, with high safety. However, the above conclusions need to be further verified by studies with larger sample sizes.
